SAN DIEGO COUNTY FOCUSED
Aguilar Civil Construction Services (ACCS) is a San Diego based civil engineering consulting firm specializing in technical support for heavy civil and public works construction, delivering municipal infrastructure projects ranging from $8M to $45M in construction value. The firm was founded by Christian Aguilar, PE, QSD, a licensed civil engineer with over a decade of hands on experience across underground utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation improvements, and public site civil work.
Chris built his career from the ground up, progressing from project engineer to Senior Project Manager at a heavy civil general contracting firm before establishing ACCS.
What makes ACCS different is perspective. Chris has lived these projects from the contractor's side of the table, handling subcontractors, negotiating change orders, building schedules, and solving field problems in real time. That means he talks the same language as the people he is working with. For contractors, that translates to a partner who can help execute, document, and defend the work. For owners and agencies, it means someone who understands how the other side thinks and can help anticipate problems, ask the right questions, and protect the project when it counts.
When you engage ACCS, you work directly with Chris. No handoffs, no junior staff, just a licensed PE who has stood in the field when things did not go according to plan and knows what it takes to get projects across the finish line.
